1. Een klein programma moet worden gedownload naar deze computer. Klik op 1 van onderstaande links om te downloaden.
2. Voer het programma uit. Deze staat waarschijnlijk in de Downloads map.
3. Geef het 9-cijferig nummer aan de ICT admin.

Als de support sessie moet worden beëindigd, let er op dat het programma moet worden afgesloten.

Dit zorgt ervoor dat de computer niet meer remote kan worden benaderd totdat het programma opnieuw wordt gedownload en uitgevoerd.

2. Launch the downloaded program.
   It may be in your Downloads folder.
3. Give the 9-digit number to the ICT admin.

When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program.

This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and run the program again.
